House and rental rules
1. Duty of care & damages
🔹 All furnishings and equipment must be treated with care.
🔹 Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately. Existing defects must be reported immediately upon arrival; otherwise, the tenant will be liable.
🔹 The landlord is given a reasonable period of time to remedy any damage or defects.
2. Tourist tax
💶 15.03. – 31.10.: €3.50 per person/night
💶 01.01. – 14.03. & 01.11. – 31.12.: €1.80 per person/night
📌 The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and is offered at a discounted rate.
3. Spa map
📝 The spa card must be filled out online. You will receive the link approximately 10 days before arrival.
We issue the spa card exclusively in digital format.
4. Complaints
🔹 Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
🔹 Later complaints (after departure) are excluded from compensation.
5. Smoking & Odors
🚭 Smoking and frying fish are prohibited in the building!
❗ Failure to comply will result in a flat fee of €450.00 for cleaning and lost rental income.
6. Departure & Final Cleaning
🔹 The rental property must be left broom-clean.
🔹 Personal belongings must be removed.
🔹 Household waste must be disposed of in the designated containers.
🔹 Dishes must be clean and washed before being put in the cupboards.
🔹 Additional cleaning work will be documented and billed.
7. Ventilation
🌬️ To prevent mold, ventilate by opening windows wide for 5-10 minutes at least once a day, especially after showering.
8. The Park
🚗 One parking space is available per apartment.
🚙 Additional vehicles must be parked in public parking spaces.
⚡ Charging electric cars is not permitted. Please use public charging stations.
9. Equipment
🛏️ Travel cots and high chairs are not provided and must be brought along.
10. Corona regulations
🦠 Please check the current COVID-19 regulations for Lower Saxony before arrival. These are a requirement for access to our apartments.
11. Pets
❌ Pets are not allowed.
12. Place of jurisdiction
⚖️ The place of jurisdiction is the competent local court at the landlord's place of residence.
