That's us :)

We are a young family and have been renting out apartments on Kolkstrasse for three generations. For us, it's more than just a job – we really enjoy designing and renovating apartments and doing everything ourselves.

We furnish each apartment with great attention to detail, investing time, effort, and sometimes even a bit of patience. We are deeply connected to our home region and truly appreciate being able to live and work in such a beautiful place. The sea, the people, and life here – we love it all.

We also greatly enjoy interacting with our guests. We are regularly on-site and always available for questions or a friendly chat.

We handle all the renovation work ourselves – from painting and tiling to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and even custom-built furniture. That way, everything stays exactly as we envision it.
